The "Pretty Sip" Care Guide

Keep the Flow Flawless: To ensure your tumbler lives its best life, please follow these care steps:

  • Hand Wash Only: Extreme heat from dishwashers can break the seal.

  • Stay Cool: Do not leave your cup in a hot car or direct sunlight for extended periods.

  • Handle with Care: Dropping your cup may cause the inner or outer wall to crack.

  • No Microwave: Metal-based glitters and acrylic don't play well with microwaves!

Handmade Disclaimer

Every Pretty Sip tumbler is handcrafted with love. Because of the handmade nature of snowglobe tumblers, slight variations in glitter placement, 'flow' speed, or tiny surface bubbles may occur. These are not defects, but the fingerprints of a handmade artisan piece!

Shipping & Returns

  • Refunds: Due to the custom and hygienic nature of our drinkware, all sales are final. No returns or exchanges will be accepted.

  • Damages: If your order arrives damaged during transit, please email us at morg@prettysipdesigns.com within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the packaging and the product. We will work with you to find a solution.

  • Processing: Custom orders currently have a lead time of 2-3 business days before shipping. You will receive a tracking number once your sparkle is on the way!
